Well after nearly three weeks of spring/summer like weather, winter has returned to the high plains of West Texas, giving me more indoor time. Now to readjust my schedule, reset priorities and do a little catching up on blogging and writing!
Thanks to Web Weaving Herbs I found this very interesting article on Hardening Off Transplants and Seedlings. It's not like I didn't know most of the techniques, but I was impressed with the "why" it's necessary. I'm ever learning when it come to plants.
I don't have a place to put a grow light and certainly not enough light in my house to grow my own plants from seeds, but that doesn't stop me from learning.

New Bracelets
I've finished a couple of new bracelets. The Brick Stitch "Ojo", and the "Sculpted X" done in peyote.
I'm looking at them thinking my creativity seems to run in repetitive colors. Both are in earth tones with the X having some blue in it. Maybe the weather has more to do with my creativity and thought process than I realized. It's March in west Texas. The sand fills the air and covers the sky like brown clouds with an occasional suggestion of blue sky and sunshine peeking through to lift the dreariness.
